I bought a second roller stand. Soooo much help. It cut the effort and time in half. This was my longest board at 15'. I paused in the middle and relocate d the stands and I pushed the board thru. I never would have been able to do this without them. Now all the boards have one side cut to a 45*. Next is to start wrapping the beam and cutting the boards to the exact length and depth. Last will be the columns.

Very nice work.

I tried putting new hinges on two cupboard doors. Failed because I had the wrong screws. Doh.

I bought and restored a Craftsman saw just like that one, but haven’t run anything through it yet. How does yours run?

Not an expert but t hat looks like a dangerous arrangement with the blade tipping into and very close to the fence. Maybe it doesn’t matter with such a long board but I’d think it would tend to launch the cutoff.

Most modern table saws now tilt away from the fence. These old ones will keep you on your toes.

Is pretty old. It has a dual speed motor and has some trouble shifting to the high speed. Other than that it's a huge upgrade from the portal let table saw I was using in the past.

Im going to stain it a greyish brown. No polyurethane. I still need to look into sealants that would not turn everything yellow
